Internet Reservation System

The system was prepared to enable the integration of online booking modules with the travel agency's own website. It facilitates booking and purchasing airline tickets, of both traditional and cheap carriers, hotel reservations, train tickets and car rental.

A tool aimed at travel agencies that already operate on the Internet or those that just want to start online. Thanks to the cooperation with many suppliers of the aviation offer, such as GDS systems: Amadeus, Galileo, Worldspan, hotel systems: HotelsPro, TripNet, Merigo, Galileo and rent-a-car offer consolidators, we provide an All in One type booking platform. Importantly, through the IRS system, one can make reservations based on the agency's own contracts or based on contracts concluded by TravelTECH.

What is more, the online booking tool platform – IRS – can easily be integrated with the agent's website, either by adjusting the color and/or layout, as well as more advanced customization of functionality. The IRS system also has an API interface dedicated to agents with their own development team.

Own service fees

Set the amount of added service fees on your own (transaction fee). The amount of the fees may depend on a number of parameters such as: destination, passenger type, carrier, hotel and many others

SMS notifications

Thanks to the cooperation with a global consolidator of solutions enabling the delivery of SMS messages, the system can automatically send text messages confirming the ticket or reminding about the trip.

Payment gateways

Depending on the configuration of the IRS system, payments can be made using one of the integrated payment gateways: Imoje, Dotpay, Six or PayU.

Query optimization module

In order to maximize the agency's profit, the online booking tool – IRS system allows for setting GDS, carrier, point of sale, OfficeID/PCC or payment card selection rules depending on the direction of travel or payment method. The advantages of this module will be appreciated primarily by large agencies that can book using various GDS systems or settlements with various UAVs.
