In addition to building proprietary IT solutions fitted to own needs, TravelTECH also deals with the implementation of projects commissioned by its customers and partners, and with outsourcing of project teams.

The TravelTECH team consists of specialists in various fields – programmers, managers, architects, testers, administrators, UI/UX specialists and analysts. Such a variety of professionals can carry out any IT project from the idea stage to implementation and subsequent maintenance. Depending on the requirements – we run projects 100% independently or in cooperation with specialists employed by the customer (usually external graphic designers or customer's employees).

Settlement models

• Fixed Price – the price of an IT project is fixed and determined before signing the contract, based on the prepared documentation and the work schedule. Payment is made in tranches, depending on the number of planned stages of the project. Fixed Price valuation significantly reduces the possibility of modifying the project framework during its duration and also requires the preparation of detailed documentation of the entire system before signing the contract.

• Time & Material – a valuation model used in "agile" running of IT or programming projects. It is based on periodic settlement of the actual working time devoted by the team to the implementation of tasks based on reports. In such a project, it is possible to modify the assumptions during implementation, and the documentation of requirements may be prepared gradually as the work progresses. The disadvantage, however, is that it is not possible to carry out an accurate, comprehensive valuation before its completion.
